New York Trip

I'm in New York this week.

On Monday I walked across Central Park and went to the Guggenheim to see the Maurizio Cattalan show.

Amongst other things I looked at some Kandinsky paintings and drawings.

On Tuesday I went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I had never been before.

This looks like it came from the pages of De Profundis.

I did some drawings while I walked around.

Dubuffet.

The layout of the museum is quite random. You walk straight from Dubuffet into Papua New Guinea.

The Egyptian Galleries are stunning.

The benches are cool as well.
